The second in the series of biker videos, this program was directed by Ken Isaac and had an expanded crew which covered more racing action. This program featured AMRA drag racing and launched the AMRA drag racing series and the TV Program, “The Awesome Factor."

With the success of the first two Sturgis Videos, Panacom forged alliances with “Big Daddy Rat Custom Chopper Show” and Ray Gold’s “Froggy’s Saloon” and brought on Wayne Crane as director. This set the standard for future Daytona videos. These video programs began to be distributed throughout the world in Harley Davidson Motorcycle Shops and sold in outlets in France, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, and Australia.

With the increased distribution and sponsorships of our videos, this program showed a marked increase in the professionalism of the program. This was the first year we shot in the brand new Beta SP format and edited on the CMX 1 inch editing equipment. We had improved graphics both on the cover, and in the program we established more of a music video feel and bought the rights to several popular songs as well as commissioned original music by Ken Kruckenberg.

Cashing in on our hard work in promoting Harley Davidson Drag Racing, we formed a partnership with the American Motorcycle Racing Association and followed an entire season of drag racing throughout the Midwest. This program was well distributed in the US and Canada.

With an increased crew and shooting on Beta SP, this video was well received not only by the biker community but by major league sponsored like Custom Chrome, Harley Davidson, American Motorcycle Institute, and ESPN. This opened the door for us to do other work for these big companies.
